Some people say that black cat brings good luck.
I think everyone is lucky. It’s just that we don’t realize it.
The stupid black cat has nothing to do with your luck. Okay, maybe the black cat ain’t stupid. But the idea of believing a black cat brings good fortune sounds senseless to me. But that’s just me.

Einstein once said “Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen”
I am 26. Can you imagine the amount of prejudices that I’ve acquired? So, by all means, please believe what you want. As long as you’re happy.
I am lucky, not just because I am awesome *wink*wink* and happy but also because I am surrounded by cool, loving, supportive friends and family.
Blessed for good health.
Blessed for a place to call home.
Blessed for all the wonderful things in life.

Yeah, I am lucky.
And so do you!
But maybe I have something extra:
I am luckier for having Tika (my brother’s cat) to wake me up every morning. Tika would just sit next to me while I blog or check my email, or watching TV.
Tika watching me watching TV
I am not sure whether he was scratching himself at the guitar or asking me to stop playing that horrible song

If you see a miserable, smelly, hungry, stray cat/dog, please rescue em. That my friend, will always bring good luck.
A few years ago, my brother rescued Tika; and here he is now today; healthy, happy & fat (you do know I was referring to the cat, right?)

So;
  • let’s be happy for what we have in life
  • get a new friend; save animals!
